The process of the high-frequency brazing heating machine:
The surface is cleaned with flux (borax is generally used) and the workpieces are tightly bonded together, and the solder is placed near the joint gap or between the joint gaps. When the workpiece and the solder are heated to a temperature slightly higher than the melting point of the solder, the solder melts (the workpiece is not melted), and is sucked into the gap between the solid workpiece by capillary action, and the liquid solder and the metal of the workpiece diffuse and dissolve 1. After stopping the heating, put the workpiece into quicklime or heat preservation sand for heat preservation (simple tempering of the weld) for a period of time, then take it out to form a brazed joint.
